Crew Leader
Dr. Lin Lin
Assistant Professor at BMB, University of Southern Denmark
I am a molecular cell microbiologist with research focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms controlling bacterial interaction in polymicrobial communities as well as during bacteria-host interactions using molecular cloning, -Omics and high-resolution live-cell imaging. With expertise in state-of-the-art imaging and omics approaches, I aim to investigate bacterial physiology and adaptation to complex environments in single cell level.
